Our Story of NVC We have started work on NVC from 05-08-2017 by a training session at Skill Development Council to university students and got very good response from them, then we did another two session on 25-09-2017 and 08-10-2017 for youth. After that we have conducted training sessions with collaborations of university departments at university campuses, National Defense University Islamabad, National University of Science and Technology Islamabad, National University of Modern Languages Islamabad, International Islamic University Islamabad, Quaid e Azam University Islamabad, Capital University Islamabad etc during the year 2018 Than we again moved to general public and also train 5 more trainers of NVC and created a group on facebook and also initiated practice sessions for the trainers and team of SEHAR during the year 2019 and 2020. Almost 400 University students in Islamabad have been introduced with NVC skill yet. Four year’s consecutive work on NVC we have strong believe that NVC is the solution for our daily life communication relevant problems and helps us to become more compassionate, feel more empathy and sympathy for our mates, family, friends and society.
